Akellas has always only selected top quality raw materials to be cooked in its recipes. The result is a mixture which is moulded in the classic oval shape of the Monk's Classic balsamic candy, or in the exclusive format of the Mini candies. The raw candies are then collected, wrapped individually to preserve the flavour, packed in bags or in practical sticks and then checked to guarantee the end quality.
